Flying cars have been a staple of science fiction for many years now, and it seems that we may finally be on the verge of seeing them become a reality. According to an article by DriveSpark Alef Aeronautics is taking pre-booking for their flying car set to debut in 2025. It is dubbed the Model A. Unlike the original Model A, Alef's version is a slick futuristic looking car with vertical take-off and landing (VTOL) capabilities. With parking at a premium in many cities,  the ability to take off and land vertically could be a game-changer. Alef isn't the only company working on flying cars. Uber has also been working on developing flying cars as part of their "Uber Elevate" project. They hope to have a fleet of flying cars operating in select cities by 2023.

While the idea of flying cars is certainly exciting, there are still a number of challenges that need to be overcome before they can become a reality. For one, there's the issue of regulations.
